DO NOT SWALLOW OR INGEST. DO NOT SPRAY INTO EYES OR ONTO SKIN. IF ANY OF THESE OCCUR, CLEAN SKIN OR FLUSH EYES WITH WATER FOR 15 MINUTES.

TETSUBIN SACHET CONTAINS 100% HINOKI WOOD (JAPANESE CYPRESS). AS THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS WOOD, THE BAG AND INTERIOR WOOD PRODUCT MUST BE KEPT AWAY FROM FIRE OR OTHER HEAT SOURCES (CANDLES, HEATERS, ETC.) TO PREVENT FIRE HAZARDS.
DO NOT OPEN BAG AND DO NOT SWALLOW THE WOOD CHIPS AS THIS COULD CAUSE CHOKING.

FLORENTINE WOOD TRAY WARNINGS
FLORENTINE WOOD TRAYS ARE MADE OF WOOD AND MUST BE KEPT AWAY FROM FIRE OR THER HEAT SOURCES (CANDLES, HEATERS, ETC.) TO PREVENT FIRE HAZARDS.
FOOD MUST NOT BE PLACED DIRECTLY ON THE SURFACE OF THE FLORENTINE WOOD TRAYS.
DO NOT PLACE FLORENTINUE WOOD TRAYS IN DISHWASHER.

THE BRACELETS ARE FOR ADULT FASHION AND DECORATAIVE PURPOSES ONLY. DO NOT SWALLOW AS THIS COULD CAUSE CHOKING.
Information about Shipping
Shipping is included for products listed on this website. Shipping is sent via standard mail and is sent either United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or any other delivery service. The choice of the delivery service is at the discretion of Tetsubin LLC.
Returns & Refunds
For Hinoki Sachet and Aroma Mist products only, no refunds provided. Other items can be returned, undamaged, but a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Returned items must be returned with original box and packing. Customers have up to 30 days to return items (except Hinoki Sachet and Aroma Mist products which cannot be returned unless damaged).
For goods received by the customer that arrive as damaged, a replacement will be provided and shipping is provided by Tetsubin LLC. For damaged goods, the damaged good must be returned in the original packing material and box as Tetsubin LLC will not provide a new box or new packing. Customers have up to 15 days to return damaged goods.
If a customer wishes to return any goods, other than Hinoki Sachet and Aroma Mist, they may do so. Shipping will be provided but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Any returns must be made within 15 days and items must not be damaged. No returns are allowed after 15 days of when item was received by the customer.
